Ying Yang, CRNP

Ying Yang is an ANCC Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Ohio State University College of Nursing with a Master of Science degree in 2008.

Ying has been practicing Dermatology and has been a preceptor for NP students since 2008. Ying started her dermatology nurse practitioner career at Ohio State University Medical Center in 2008, where she worked for eight years. She also worked at Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery of Dublin in Ohio for two years. Ying moved to Philadelphia with her family in 2018. Ying then worked at Fox Chase Cancer Center, Dermatology division before joining Main Line Dermatology in 2020.

Ying practices general medical dermatology with an interest in skin cancer detection and excision. She treats common skin diseases, such as acne, rash, eczema, skin infections, and psoriasis. Ying published her paper “Hand dermatitis in primary care: A nurse practitioner’s role in management” in the Journal of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (2009).

Ying was an Ophthalmologist/Eye Surgeon in Beijing for ten years before she came to the States. She also has six years of medical research experience in the States. Her research work was summarized in multiple papers and published in top academic journals including Nature.
